Us Helping Us
The Silver Angel Project 2.0 is an innovative, social-structural change model designed to address the growing complex needs of Black people living with HIV (PLWH) aged 50 years and above. This will result in positive health outcomes through co-located medical, behavioral, and social services and complimentary social network building activities to shift the paradigm for aging Black PLWH, thereby incorporating key geriatric principles and leveraging health equity and intergenerational frameworks.
