The Center Excellence for Elderly Trans is an HIV prevention project specifically designed to support Trans, Gender Nonconforming, and Intersex (TGI) people who are over the age of 50. Participants in this project will receive Peer Case Management (PCM). A strong component of this project is leadership development/advocacy training, bringing awareness about the specific needs and issues of elderly TGI people, and developing policy recommendations that are specific to this population.
