My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) and Open Arms Healthcare Center (Open Arms) will implement the lifestyle program. This patient-centered, social and healthcare service program will be designed to provide coordinated care and wellness that meet the needs of 50 and older HIV-positive individuals through two integrated healthcare and wellness components.
