Cascade AIDS Project (CAP)
The Aging Well Program of Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) in Portland, Ore., supports the well-being of aging adults living with or affected by HIV.
Guided by a 2018 needs assessment, we:
- Host mental health support groups
- Build a community to reduce social isolation
- Provide one-on-one support
- Facilitate problem solving and referrals
