Abounding Prosperity, Inc. will expand its SAGE program to include vulnerable PLWH age 50+, including MSM, transgender men and women, and cis-gender men and women. SAGE will offer ongoing structured support to PLWH age 50 and over, utilizing a client-centered, holistic approach with emphasis on addressing the “Whole Person”-mind, body, spirit, and culture/community and partnerships.
